Due to the nature of lost wax casting, slight variations can occur, making each piece unique.
If an item is damaged or in need of repair due to wear, we’ll happily fix or restore it for a fee. Please reach out to us with any requests. Our ability to accommodate requests, as well as fees, is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Jewelry Care
It’s best to take jewelry off when showering, swimming, or cleaning. Sterling silver tarnishes over time, but lightly buffing your cast SURCRAFT jewelry with silver polish will bring back luster and shine.
Shipping and Returns
All items are made to order and will ship within 4 weeks. Because items are made to order, we do not offer returns.
SURCRAFT is not responsible for lost packages, although we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely. We ship through USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
